Scope of Service

elevenstudio.co provides design and framer development services under the form of landing pages / marketing websites to help clients have a presence online. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each sprint are determined before work begins and are subject to mutual agreement.

Payment and Fees

• A payment must be made upfront before the service begins.
• Additional costs incurred due to requested scope changes will require separate agreements and payments.

Client Responsibilities

• The client must provide all necessary materials, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner.
• Delays caused by the client may impact the service’s timeline, but no refunds or compensation will be provided for such delays.

Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the client receives rights to all deliverables, except for any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or components developed by elevenstudio.co.
• elevenstudio.co has the right to showcase and share work in its portfolio and other promotional materials, subject to any confidentiality agreements in place.

Limitation of Liability

• elevenstudio.co's liability is limited to direct damages proven by the client and cannot exceed the total amount paid for the service.
• This limitation does not apply in cases of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or in case of bodily injury.

Termination

• elevenstudio.co reserves the right to terminate service if the client breaches these Terms.
